Jung Hyun (Janice) Sung

Getting her start at Dominique Ansel Workshop, Janice has worked on perfecting her pastry techniques in several Michelin-starred kitchens including SAGA and One White Street. Over the years, Janice has continued to look for culinary inspirations in her travels, having lived in Korea and hosting popups in New York, Hong Kong, and Taipei.
Janice attended the Institute of Culinary Education for Pastry and Baking Arts, and earned her B.A. in History and a minor in International Studies from Boston College.
