About Us

Figure Eight celebrates the culture and culinary richness of the lower Atlantic coast through a Chinese-American lens.

We're inspired by personal heritage and upbringing by immigrant parents in the American south, doing their best to cook Chinese meals for their families while navigating a landscape of local, southern American ingredients. The menu highlights Chinese-American dishes with a focus on seafood and seasonality. The wine list focuses on small domestic producers and female- and immigrant-led wineries, as well as — we think — an incredible specialty cocktail program

Our team is made up of alumni of SAGA, Crown Shy, Quality Branded, The NoMad, wd~50 and more. We found our way here because we all believe that high-standards dining can also be fun and relaxed.
